"Perfect!" I tried this software after attempting use with a couple of freeware products and those conversions from wav to mp3 were bad. They sounded just awful. This program took under a minute and converted my 4 and a half minute wav file to a 192 kbps stereo 44.1KHZ mp3 file. I'm extremely pleased.  All you have to do is right click on the file after installing the program and you can convert to 4 different formats. Very simple, very easy, very good results.
