Auto cross fading

Mixcraft has a wealth of new features that can make your job much easier.  If you want to cross fade 2 audio clips, simply drag one of them on top of the other one.  A cross hatched area is drawn which represents the cross fade!  That's all you have to do.
Shown above is music by a band called Film School.  Download, burn and listen to their music at music.download.com !  The free music download service on download.com is worth checking out and is reminiscent of the old MP3.com.
Mixcraft is getting great reviews!

Take it from Kevin Grady of Radio Station WWZZJ:

"Hi, I just wanted to give my thoughts on your product. I have been in radio for over 30 yrs and remember the days of splicing tape to edit a spot. After going all automation with our station, we were using Cool Edit 2000 with our 8 Track Tascam 688 which allowed us to do all mixing on the 8 track tape. Then we mixed down to Cool Edit. Having lost the tape care of the board, we started looking into buy Cool Edit Pro only to find they no longer make it and it is now Adobe and only costs --- $300 for new or $200 upgrade. I just did not want to spend that much money to do just radio production work. I downloaded all kinds of software to test out and found most of them too complicated or not suitable to do what we needed to do. However, I downloaded Mixcraft and was able to produce a spot and get it on the air in less then 30 mins. This software is easy to use, easy to add more tracks or take them away. We still use Cool Edit to do editing (sorry... but 8 years using this I am used to it) but what I was able to do in just an hour of playing around is amazing. I made the choice after 2 days of play and I am sure I have only touched the surface of what this program can do. Also thanks for your quick tech support to help me get it up and running in a short amount of time. I am very happy with Mixcraft and plan to let others know in radio about your product."

Curving text on your next CD label
One of the great advances of Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker 2.0 is the new curved and spiral text ability.  If you've been too busy fighting viruses and installing Windows patches, perhaps now is the time to check out version 2.0 of Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker.
My wife loved this CD...Not only did it look good, but it sounded good too!Since we live in the mountains, going to the beach is more of a treat.  My wife usually says "Burn a CD!" before we go on a trip and so I've become accustomed to this process.  Talk about a bunch of blank CDs lying around the car. :)  Luckily my company creates CD/DVD Label Maker and I have this nice handy tool to print professional labels.  The label to the left shows my son and Mom at the beach.  (There was no typing to create this CD label, it was automatically imported from the CD!)  Notice that the track list spirals!  It's possible to fit up to 160 tracks this way!

Mark Lindemer , president of Trans Audio, Inc. ( www.trans-audio.com ), checked it out and here's what he thought.

"Thank you for the upgrade. Your label maker is intuitively easy to use, but still very detailed with many fresh "looks". We use it exclusively for our DJ service with great results."

If you still aren't sure, download the trial version of Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker and give it a whirl.  You might be surprised in what you can do.
