The Latin Rock song kit is at 117 BPM in the key of A minor.  However, you can adjust it to any tempo or key in the Project tab.

We will review all submitted songs and the winner will win the following:

• Showcase your song on the next newsletter (June) going out to ~150,000 people.
• Optional link to your website.

Rules

• Use loops from the Latin Rock song kit.
• Use Mixcraft 3 (Make sure to get b27 released on 5/23)
• Contest will end June 22, 2007 @ 12 midnight.
• Attach your mp3 and send your submission to josephc@acoustica.com with subject "Latin Rock Contest".

Tips

• You'll need b27 of Mixcraft to get the new Latin Rock loops

• The loops will be in the Library under the Song Kit category.  Choose Latin Rock.
• If you want to collaborate with a friend, you can use the Copy Project Sounds To feature on the File menu to save your project and all used files to a single folder.  You can then zip up the files and send them to a friend.  After that, they can repeat the process and send them back to you!

Click the Mixdown button on the toolbar and it'll generate an mp3 of your song so that you can post it to your website or email it.
