Each audio track has a guitar tuner allowing you to make sure your guitar is sounding good. On an audio track, click the arm button.
Then click the tuning fork button on the left. This brings up the guitar tuner interface.
When audio signal goes through the tuner, it matches the pitch to the closest note. When the signal is in tune the 'tuning cursor' will appear in the middle and highlight in white.
Of course, you can tune any instrument or audio source in this way.
Alternatively, you can right click on any track and click "Guitar Tuner" or click the "Track" menu followed by "Guitar Tuner".
