If it seems that we aren't responding to your emails for a registration....
You may have a problem with your email client. Normally, there aren't any problems receiving your registration code. However, there are a few people out there that have registered but who we can't reply to. When we send them mail, we get it returned via the Post Master as "undeliverable". With a few cases we have encountered, even phone calls are not possible due to privacy control on the customer's phones.
We hate spam just as much as the next guy!...but anti-spam systems sometimes make it harder to get in contact with these people. Anti-spam systems are rejecting the emails or email addresses may be configured incorrectly.
Please be patient!...Fix your email...or send an email from a different email address. You may set up a web based Yahoo email account which you can get for free! Once its setup use the lost code submission form here. Let us know your order #, original email of registration and any other pertinent order information and we will get back with you as soon as possible! Otherwise, we will give you a call if you live in the US or send you a snail mail with the registration information.
IMPORTANT: Due to excessive SPAM on the Internet, you may not find our emails in your Inbox! Please check your "Bulk" or "SPAM" folder. We are noticing that many Yahoo email users are not receiving their email!
I must stress again that this is extremely rare...but the above describes the workaround should it occur.
